  1. A list of bids in order of priority.
  2.  
  3. 2C:  Artificial bid showing any strong suit and OPC
  4.      of 22* or any time you have HCPC of 23.
  5. 2NT:  Balanced distribution and 21-22 points.
  6. 1H or 1S:  5 card suit, OPC 12, 2 QT (OPC 13, 1 1/2 QT).
  7. 1C or 1D:  5 card suit, OPC 14, 2 QT (OPC 13, 2 1/2 QT).
  8.        OR Balanced Distribution, HCPC 15-20.
  9. 2D,2H,2S:  Exactly 6 card suit, 1 1/2 QT to 2 QT,
  10.        OPC 9-11.
  11. 3NT:  7 card minor suit and HCPC of 18.
  12. 3C,3H,3D,3S:  Pre-emptive bids with 7 card suits and
  13.           few points, no aces.  Do not bid when
  14.           only team vulnerable or after 3 passes.        
  15. Bids higher than the 3 level are usually pre-emptive
  16. with 8 or more cards and poor defensive hand.

  18. * If a point count or number of cards in a suit, do not
  19. show an upper limit, it means the number stated is
  20. the least amount.  This is true for all descriptions
  21. used in this program.
